ABOUT THE POSITION

The company has been a partner to opticians for over 80 years and has seen the world through their eyes, changing how people see the world and helping customers achieve their own visions of a better life. In the role of warehouse staff, you will be a key player in providing the best possible support to opticians by continuously helping and developing three qualities that make them visionaries: care, knowledge, and foresight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support customers via phone/email with everything from delivery times, orders, and optical questions regarding the company's products
• Unpack mail
• Register orders
• Handle complaints

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has ongoing post-secondary education.
• Is fluent in Swedish both spoken and written as you will communicate with customers and colleagues in Swedish daily
• Understands Danish and Norwegian as you will need to handle customer inquiries in both languages

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
